Processing time will depend on volume of orders. Please allow at least 14 business days. If an item from this category is purchased, your entire order will not be shipped until it is complete. If you have a custom request, please fill out the contact form and we will be happy to try to accommodate your request.

Payment for live sale claims are due within 48 hours of posting. If payment is not received on time, your listing will be deleted and you will be required to pay a deposit before claiming in any future live sales.

If you enter code ‘OPENBOX’ at checkout, the shipping fee will be removed and your order will not ship until you pay for shipping.

To close your box, you may complete a purchase and pay for shipping or you can send us a message and we can calculate shipping and create a custom listing for your shipping fees.

Processing/packing time for all orders is 3 business days unless you have purchased a ‘Made to Order’ item. Turnaround time for these items is 14 business days. If shipping is delayed for any reason, you will be notified.

All sales are final. If an item is damaged in transit, please file a claim with the shipping company you selected at checkout.
